Terms of Sale & Use
Pay once. Own it. These terms cover the sale; the EULA covers your license to use Tare and the Privacy Policy covers your data.
1. The product
Tare is a one-time purchase: a perpetual license to the Tare CLI, with signed updates as described in the EULA. It works today with Claude Code on macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel), Linux x64, and Windows via WSL2. No subscription.
2. Free trial
Every install starts with a 7-day full-power free trial — the whole tool, no key required, so you can watch it save at least twice its price before you pay. When the trial ends, Tare doesn't lock you out: it degrades to a free measure-only mode that keeps showing what you'd save, and a license unlocks the full tool again.
3. Price
Launch price is $49 for the first 100 buyers, then $129. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future buyers; the price you paid is the price you paid.
4. Who you buy from
Your purchase is sold through Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller for the transaction and handles payment, invoicing and tax under Polar's terms; the Tare license is granted by us under the EULA.
5. Delivery
Tare is delivered digitally: your license key is emailed immediately (usually within a minute), and you install with a single command.
6. Refunds & making it right
You saw it work before you paid — but if something's wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Refunds are administered by Polar as Merchant of Record, under Polar's policies and applicable law. Email tare-support@agentmail.to first — we'll sort it out.
Tare is supplied digitally and immediately. Where the checkout asks you to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day EU/UK right of withdrawal, that right does not apply once delivery has begun. This does not remove your statutory guarantee of conformity: if Tare is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, and that right cannot be waived and does not depend on the delivery timing above.
7. Acceptable use
Use Tare lawfully and per the EULA. Don't share or resell your license key.
8. No affiliation with Anthropic
Tare is an independent tool that works alongside Claude Code. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, and "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of their respective owner. Your use of Claude Code is governed by Anthropic's own terms.
9. Support
Support is provided by us at tare-support@agentmail.to.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
